Production stages

From metal preparation to final polish

01

Metal preparation

Systematic processing of precious and base metals, including alloying to the specified composition.

02

Cladding or forming

Base metals clad with precious metals, and casting or forming of finished metal components.

03

Gem setting

Accurate positioning and mounting of precious and semi-precious stones in the designed article.

04

Final polish

Finishing of surfaces and inspection of dimensions at each stage before an article is completed.

Verification

Surface treatment and stone mounting checks

Each article is examined for surface finish and dimensional accuracy during fabrication. Stone mounting is verified across varied designs so that positioning meets the specification for both precious gems and semi-precious minerals.

Inspection is applied at each stage of article completion, from metal preparation through final polish.
